In planning a conference for a client I discovered that The National Press Club is not only an exclusive club for journalists, it is a fabulous "green" space for special events as well.

NPC Green Initiative

The National Press Club is a place "where news happens" but it is also a place that hosts over 2,000 special events and conferences and has over 250,000 visitors a year!!  Located in the heart of the city, powered by wind energy,with space that can accommodate up to 400 people for a sit-down dinner, and whatever A/V requirement you may need-they were the obvious choice for this client.  The icing on the cake for me however was to collaborate with Executive Chef Susan Delbert to custom create an "Indian-Fusion" dinner.  They not only took into consideration my clients desire for a primarily vegetarian menu but they added taste and flair to a menu that could've been otherwise bland.




Chef Susan Delbert will be featuring a "New Orleans" inspired menu in their 4th Estate room the week of Mardi Gras...stay tuned for more details on that.
