Last year, George Washington University student, Jamie Bright organized a Mardi Gras Luncheon funded by The Public Grant Commission for the residents of St. Mary’s Court to encourage student interactions with residents. Over 75 people attended the lunch and contributed 100 service hours to First Lady, Mrs. Michelle Obama’s Service Challenge.

Congratulations to Ms. Bright for her exemplary service to the aged.
